The property market in Briançon is in the throes of a major transformation, it is poised for great change and growth following large scale investment by Compagnie des Alpes in the resort.

La Schappe a truly stunning building in the heart of Briançon. Located just below the
medieval walled town, next to a river and backing on to the beautiful Parc de La Schappe. La Schappe is
close to the centre of the town: the narrow, winding streets are full of traditional French shops, bars and
restaurants, and the mountains are only a gondola ride away.
To maximize the capital growth of La Schappe we have implemented innovative strategies to give our
customers the best possible returns. La Schappe will have a very high health and safety specification that
will be well ahead of local and worldwide standards. La Schappe will operate as a four star International
resort with spa facilities.
Our own operating company will handle the maintenance of the property ensuring the highest of standards.
Unique to the market is also our leaseback scheme. This will maintain a minimum guarantee but
allow for higher yields: a better investment for the customer. The flexible rental scheme in the
leaseback contract will also ensure that income return drives the capital growth.

Serre Chevalier exsists not only as a ski resort but also as a strong summer destination. With its 300 days
of sunshine, visitors are also attracted in May for the white water rafting, cycling and climbing, likewise in
the autumn for the spectacular walking. Being at the entrance to a national park, Briancon offers endless
possibilities; geological and botanical trails, high altitude mountain biking and much much more.

Serre Chevalier offers a wide range of activities for everyone, as it is the gateway to the National Park there
are lots of opportunity to experience the natural beauty of the surrounding area including glaciers and
thermal springs. Sporting activities include high altitude mountain bike trails (accessed by certain ski lifts),
a riding centre, mini golf and ice skating.

The surrounding waters offer many white water sports such as rafting, canoeing and canyoning. There is
also a naturally heated thermal swimming pool. aquatiques.

Serre Chevalier caters for skiers of all abilities there are numerous ski schools located in the Serre Chevalier.
The slopes are of varying levels, elevations range between 1200m-2830m. There are many slopes to
choose from whether you prefer woodland runs, open bowls or off piste. The quality of the snow and the
varied terrain is excellent. There are 16 black runs, 55 red, 21 blue and 24 green. The area is serviced by 68
lifts. Briançon
Daily flights operate from UK regional airports into Turin, Grenoble, Chambrey and Lyon (seasonal
schedules may apply). Briancon is approximately two hours from these destinations by car. Helicopter
transfers are also available upon request. Alternative methods of transport include the Eurostar and ferry,
with a direct train runnning from Paris to Briançon.

Briançon is one of the highest towns in Europe at 1200 metres. It is the only town situated in the idyllic ski
resort; Serre Chevalier, surrounded by several picturesque villages.
Serre Chevalier is the 4th largest ski area in France (250 square kilometres) currently generating 1.3 million
ski visits per year. Famed for its fantastic air quality and home to one of the worlds most prestigious
respiratory treatment hospitals.
